My response was "Well if I am due a refund then pay it back using the Direct Debit that it was taken by".. that seamed to confuse him a bit but was back on script... For the last 2 days have had 3 calls a day which i ignore. I ignore them after the very first time i answered someone spoke the other end and then hung up! Rude. I am a very busy mum of 4 young children and do not have the time for these calls. My husband thinks it is 2 do with the callers having targets to meet and they need to be seen to calling people certain number of times.
