Constantly rings. If answers mostly no one speaks. When they do they refuse to remove number from dialling and ring back again. Always trying to sell me solar power

claiming to be from microsoft a lot of back ground noise sounding like a school play ground. When asked was this a scam the call was cut off.

Bin getting this number call for bout a week. Don't answer unknown numbers. It northern power. No idea why calling me. i have nothing to do with them.

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Called trying to arrange a survey of the property for Solar Panels, told that they were not trying to sell me anything (yeh right) but a surveyor just happens to be in the area. Made no mention of the fact that they were fined £80,000 last month by the ioc for lying to people over the phone.

Falsely claiming to act on behalf of Government to distribute grants for solar panel installations. MCS have warnings about such cold calls which totally ignore TPS

Rang my landline just now. Silence when I answered then they just hung up. Am thinking a scam.

Told me he had detected my wireless connection was slow and they had been monitoring it for two weeks on the DNS server. He said my computer had a virus and needed me to connect to the internet so he could fix it. I told him I was an IT manager and he was talking nonsense and to go forth and multiply. He rang back and replied likewise and called me derogatory names. Don t be fooled by callers from this number telling you your computer has a virus. Hang up!!!

A Google search suggests that the number, if genuine, belongs to ASI Environmental Services (eg asbestos removal) based in Southampton.

This number calls us at least once every day. No message is ever left on the answer machine and no-one is at the end of the telephone if you do pick up.
