They do telemarketing for Life, Car and Commercial Vehicle Insurance, PPI Claims, Industrial Deafness Claims and "Market Research" which is then used to target you for further telesales. Essentially, anything they offer, you can get cheaper elsewhere. Try asking them if they are "cheaper than cavendish?
