This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Answer with robotic American accented voice saying how important call is. Out of interest I held on for a minute of so and no-one came back. Hung up and they have since rang 4 times!!
