He said they were a debt consolidation company so I asked who was financially backing them. Dialled 1471 on returning home (just in case I had missed an important call) and was informed that 07410973664 had called. As no message had been left I was curious to know who had called.

First Stop solutions phoned me yet again .... automated message saying "please hold on, I'll connect you" ..... why do they think I want to waste time and hold on...

As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).

my daughter answered this call ..She was told she d had a loan in 2007, and repaid it in 2011. (I don t know how she would have got a loan for £3000 at the age of 11, but obviously this company has better records than us. ) When she continued to talk over the caller, telling him to take us off his list, he told her to go forth and multiply and hung up....proof of a scam
