This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. caller started with a new strategy i had not heard before: 'do you get a lot of PPI nuisance calls? i can explain why and make it stop if you answer a few questions' . I asked to be removed from database and that they stop calling. Caller was very insistent.
