Had a call from this number today to say my Amazon account had been hacked and I was to pay £95. Think this is a scam
I am fed-up with these calls and everytime they call me, all I do was answer but not talk to them and just leave it til they disconnect the call themselves and that way that will teach them not to call me as I am DEAF!!! They are utter and complete morons!!!!

Following up a comment that this number might be Friends of the Earth, I emailed FoE and was told the number is a fund-raising agency called Listen, used by FoE. At my request FoE has deleted my number. I suggest that anyone who keeps getting calls from this number also contacts FoE via the Contact Us form on the website, to ask for their phone details to be removed so no more calls are received.

This is a loan scam, they say your accepted for a loan and then ask for an advance fee payment. You never see the loan and they deny they ever spoke to you, let alone give you the money back. Based in Mumbai India.

Fraud - belongs to a scammer called John Paul Jones. He asks you to pay money into monese account 25270814 sort code 23-69-72 in advance for building materials. Once you pay him you get excuses as to why he never shows up until he blocks you. google John Paul Jones Monese scam for a picture of this twat.

The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted. If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. They catch out innocent people.

This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass.
