Possible Scam Claimed to be from a fines collection service requesting £3k+ . No solid information or paperwork to go with claims but suggested they'd be turning up to collect on the fine shortly. Very aggressive on the phone and hung up when pushed for further information.
The number belongs to Balfour And Sons from Lymm but currently, it seems to be getting used by someone else masking their real number with this one.
