This number has just called me the area code was from York, I answered as I had my phone in my hand. There was a very loud crackling noise on the other end that was deafening and then they hung up. Caller now barred.

I did not subscribe to anything but I have been charged - I couldn't understand why my bill was almost €30 over usual amount. First time I answered today they hung up. Second time I answered an Indian gentleman spoke, I asked who he was and his response was that he was calling on behalf of my life insurance company Aviva, I responded "I don t have a life insurance... with Aviva". He quickly cut off the call. I ve now blocked his number but notice on my call log they ve called and not got through to me 7 times since January 1st. Definitely up to no good.

Caller launched straight into his sales script - something about energy efficiency double glazing, so I hung up. He called straight back so I hung up again without speaking. Called back third time so I told him politely that we do not accept unsolicited calls & my number is registered with TPS . Therefore he should not be calling, and please don’t call again. He wasn’t listening but continued with his script regardless whilst I was talking. Then told me to “Shut my F*****g mouth up” And hung up.
