When I the call, I called it back as I was expecting a call from another company and thought it might be them. It is an appliance cover company "All Sorted Cover" more than likely somehow got my info from a recent appliance I registered, even though I registered it through D&G for a friend's appliance. Dodgy how they've somehow ended up with my info.

I told him he had the wrong number to which he asked if I was the owner of the number. I asked if he was on to sell anything, I m not interested. Sounds like a busy call centre in the background a female asked for my wife I said shes not in, shes at work, can I help you? so they just hung up with no type of explanation. Arrogant and obviously up to something they haven t got time to talk about.
Had an automated / robot voicemail from this number saying an arrest warrant was out in my name from HMRC and I should press 1 to speak to my case officer. Clear scam.

Spoke to my father, said she was from a company that blocks his nuisance calls. He has no such service? (Is there even one other than BT called protect?) I suspect she was a scammer as we have had similar spiels from callers in the past one of which was desperately trying to get Dad to "confirm" his bank details.

Torquay based call-started again after a break-will report again to Information Commissioners Office. Real nuisances.
Said he was from talk talk in regards to the Internet dipping and going off a few times over the past few weeks. (which it has). Didn't ask any security information in regards to my account but proceeded to ask me how many devices are connected to my router? Told him I was uncomfortable discussing that information. He hung up. Possible scam as there are no other search results for the phone number.

I couldn t understand much of what they were trying to say, on the 3 calls. Line with lots of cuts, so I didn t felt much comfortable with the call looking as some sort of scheme.
