Although I ve had 6 calls from this number in the past few days, no idea who it is, as I have absolutely no intention whatsoever of answering calls from numbers I do not recognise, especially if they begin 0845. This number came up on a pop up box when trying to install a new version of Microsoft Office on a Mac. It said you needed to ring the number for help or you would lose the product. This is not the case and this company has no affiliation with Microsoft. It is a scam to get your credit card info and gain access to your computer. Run a separate Google search and ring Microsoft’s real helpline number if this happens to you. If you’ve already given them access to your computer ring Action Fraud.
