SPAM and FRAUD - Shane called me today about my telephone line reducing my line rental - he said he could see I also had broadband (I don't). He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. Received a call this morning from the above number. Said that my pension was now due for review. Said they were the PENSIONS ADVICE BUREAU and confirmed my address and postcode. Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. Told her this and then she apologised and said that the number would be removed form the system. I asked her questions about what the mature of their business was. Told pensions

Repeated missed calls with 1-2 second silent/static answering machine message. I am a Wesleyan customer AND my car insurance is due for renewal soon so I assume it is them electronically dialling me? Never any chance to answer and of course you can t tell who an answering machine message is from until you listen to it, so just an enormous waste of my time.
Agreed to speak to them once and they now won t leave me alone!
