Contact the Office for Fair Trading or the Information Commissioner if they bother you about neighbours or other poeple whose debts are nothing to do with you.
Second time this caller has called today. Thankfully about to come to an end and put a stop to these scammers once and for all.

This was a very entertaining phone call as the man on the other line who went under the name of "Michael Jordan", not the basketball player, told me I must give him money or else I would be arrested in 30 minutes!! This number rang just as I was about to have my lunch. It was "Dave" from Windows so I cut him off. Immediately he rang again so again I cut him off. He rang a third time and I told him that I had cut him off twice and there was nothing wrong with my Computer and told him to stop ringing me. I cut him off again.
Called me a few times but noone answers on the other end!

Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.
Told him I was not interested in completing a survey for Home Office - we are also registered with TPS so I have emailed [email?protected] to have our numbers removed from the database....we shall see!
