Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Asian accent. Claimed to be from TalkTalk security dept., advising me that they have identified problems with our internet connection. Became evasive when I asked for further i.d. I told him that I suspected he was not legit and hung up. He immediately rang again with the same introduction so I hung up again.

This was actually 01977555748. It seemed to be yet another unsolicited call about boilers causing nuisance, alarm and distress to my 81 year old mother. Although the number exists, it is allegedly an unassigned number. As far as I can tell, they can get a temporary number to send yet more nuisance calls, then change the number to keep one step ahead of the law! Call always begins with Dear Customer...' in a female voice.
