Came up on phone as calling from Isle of sky Then had automated message saying it was from the inland revenue. Scam Number now blocked
Probable scam, "Energy adviser" when asked what he was selling, he put the phone down.
Repeatedly called claiming to be from Microsoft and that my computer had been hacked. Male caller became almost hysterical when I said I judged he was a scammer. An unpleasant experience.
This number called me at 7:36 am on a Monday morning! I'm a retired person so I don't get up before the sun and at 7:36 am the sun is still in bed in Greater Manchester. I did jump out of bed but didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. Apparently the call originated in Thanet which Google tells me is in Kent. As I know of no reason why someone from Thanet (which I'd never even heard of) should phone me at an ungodly time of day I can only assume this was a scam call.

07401878848 is a mobile phone number at an indian call centre, i traced it back through the network. Someone pretending to be from amazon stating that my details have been used to order some high value items and that to cancel it i would have to do as they instructed. They wanted remote access to my computer/tablet/phone so they could steal my data. The idiots didn't realise that they had phoned an it company. when i informed them of their mistake they hung up.

I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. I believe this number to be a scam, saying it’s Amazon about prime being cancelled , and charging you money .
Had a few missed calls from this number. No voice mail left, so blocked number. They then used slightly different number so that is now blocked.
