they call me at least twice a day from all different numbers but as yet I have not answered any of them as they are from a debt that was about ten years ago which is past the statute of limit

This crap company has called about 4 times in past couple of weeks. Each time I requested that they remove my number from their database as I think they re dispicable, low life, preying on the vulnerable. A friend who had a car accident was totally taken in by a similar company, as they called the day after her accident, so she thought they were from her insurance company. They said they had a file relating to an accident I had had in the last 3 years - No accident - Ahh must be someone else in you house - No! - sorry must be a mistake in our file...

A man called, asking to speak to me (so knew my mobile number and name) and said he was from some pensions advisor service. Same questions as previous calls, was I aware of recent pension changes in the law etc. I was a bit vague so he said he would pass me onto a senior advisor at which point I hung up.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. The same "lady" from here keeps calling me, saying I ve had a traffic accident.... I haven t at all. Every time I ask her to stop calling, she calls me a s**g or a c**t then hangs up. She the pranks me for a few hours of the day. Disgusting people need shitting down. Appalling language used by her. I called her office and asked to speak to a manager, the receptionist told me to "f**k off" and hung up!! Nice people.
