Using all sorts of numbers. if you block any they call from, they just come up with a new one. here s how they get your details. they have registered with the whois who directory for web domains and every time someone buys a domain but does not buy privacy from whois who, they capture it and ring you like crazy, as if there is no tomorrow. They claim that I signed up last year with them to stop unwanted calls. I do not recognize the name. They have charged me £149.99 for the final year then free for life. Claim to have updated the service. Well-spoken, good English, no accent.
