However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. Said they were from Virgin, and that they'd picked up drops in wifi. As I am with virgin I went along with it initially, but it rang warning bells as was to my work internet phone number (working from home atm). They asked if I was owner of number and bill payer of internet phone line, said no it was for work, and where had they got number, and they hung up.

I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. I told them I would not help them in making a fraud claim. they wouldnt even tell me where and when this accident location was
SCAM Call starts with an automated message telling you that there is an arrest warrant out for you for underpaid tax and tax fraud. Continued the call to confront whoever initiated the call, and it follows through to an Indian call centre purporting to be HMRC. Do not give any details to these scammers!
