This company is a debt collector. When they called me last month I rang them back and gave them all my info and they confirmed they had no record of debt at any of my previous addresses or under my name. I asked them if they would be so kind as to remove my number being that I had no debt or business with this company and they were happy to do so. I received a call from this number claiming to be calling from a company (don t remember the name of the company) and is calling in relation to an enquiry that I had made online and asked me to confirm DOB and my address for security purposes. I asked what was the enquiry in relation to? He refused to answer and asked for me to confirm my details first. It's a scam. A man speaking with a strong accent, but introducing himself as Michael, said he was calling from the "council repair service". He knew my name but didn't know that I'm not a council tenant. I hung up.

Asked if I was a council house tenant If I have any cracked walls... which I coincidentally do but I don't confirm...I Kept Pressing Him: How They Have Number and Name (if only in part). He remainded polite and calm but still keen to get more information, WITHOUT giving HIS organisation's details.
this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future

Female foreign accent says she is from “ The National Refund Department !!”. I refused to let her speak to Mr X ......the phone owner. She hung up. Just another Scam call. Also received calls previous days from 7480 048540. Same scam.
Note we have TPS but this number called. We answered to a foreign woman. Couldn't understand a word, although the word Survey was apparent. Politely rejected call.

When I tried to call back I got the ‘this number is no longer in service’ message, so I’m assuming it’s a scam
They claimed they were updating their work records and said I had been working in the industrial sector. "Nope". And that I ve worked with tools and machinery. "Nope". I told them they shouldn t have my number and she beat a hasty retreat.
