Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. Kept calling my mobile so I politely asked to be removed from their list as the number of times they called (including late in the evening) was tantamount to harassment. Stopped for a while, but it s started up again & even though the number is blocked I can see how often they call.
