He told me his records show that as my washing machine warranty was about to expire he would renew it. When I asked him where he got my details from he terminated the call. The number was not recognised when I dialled it. How can you trust a company which spoofs its telephone number.

09 Dec 2021 - Kept ringing me and when I answered the 3rd time and muted it, the guy on the other end said "hey, fuck off" He called again straight after hanging up and when I told him to stop calling me or I would call the police he said "I love you and want to propose" He called me a total of 5 times in 3 minutes. Just received a phone call from this company, very rude and clearly a very unprofessional company. I spoke to a woman who was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to kindly ask them to remove my number and they already knew who I was before I spoke. She was very umprofessional and kept telling me it was a personal line and they were not a company and couldn t justify their reason for calling.
