I was called today at 08:20 by this number by a foreign lady. I asked if she knew what time it was as this is unacceptable to me. She apologised and said that she only need to speak to me for a minute. I told her I was going to work and to remove my number

If you do not like these calls you can sign up to TPS which is a free service that works with ICO (Information Commissioners Office). You can opt out whenever you want and it worked for me. Now at home I have not received one of these annoying sales calls
Called four times in last week. Boilers for people on benefits, supposedly, but I told them at the start I wasn't on a relevant benefit anyway. Hasn't stopped them calling again and again. I do not believe them to be genuine.
