04 Nov 2021 - A woman called me on this number claiming to be from the post office which had a part unpaid parcel for me. I asked for the reference number. She gave me a fake reference number which I typed into the post office website and it came up invalid. She then proceeded to say that the reference number will not show on the website and once I pay I will get a new reference number which will show. I then called her out on her bullshit stating I had used post office before and this is definitely fake. S

They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. Usual stuff. Today i asked them to hold the line while I find the details. Set the timer and put the phone on mute. I ve had them wait for as long as 10 minutes before. The more time I waste the less they harass somebody else.
