The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. This company uses Voxbone SA (now called bandwidth) services to route calls from scammers. this is just one of many telephone numbers i have had call me trying to scam me and i receive up to six per day for the past few weeks. At the beginning I politely told them that i was not interested requesting them to take my number off their call list and now its straight FO. Sorry for generalising it but it usually an Asian woman or man.
I didn't recognise the whole number but knew the local code so I answered. It's Rapid Entry Rescue phoning me after one of their guys actually got me in my cat after I locked the keys inside!
