I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

I have witnessed family getting harassment calls, invoices and debt collection threats from these stupid people. The magazine they claim to place ads in, is also aware of their scam and of course has no arrangement with them whatsoever. Report them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud and if they send letters, ignore them but keep a record of them so that when they do get caught (a matter of time) you can contribute evidence if required. Spam call trying it on to find people who have been involved in a car accident - I haven t been in any sort of accident. I asked them to remove my number and the woman demanded I answer her questions. I hung up.
