The Nuisance Call Prevention Service (NCPS) gives a business address in Brighton but this is a service address shared by 91 other companies. The man behind it is called Bill Burey (full name William Richard Burey) who actually lives at 43 Montague Avenue, South Croydon (if anyone has a phone or mobile number for him that would be handy). He is 48 years old and has his birthday on January 26. Bill claims to be something of a superstar with regard to databases and boasts as being responsible for building so

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438727xxx range (I use the app from these pages, no problems)... People did someone answer this number?
