Very crackly phone call. Asian sounding guy Claimed to be calling about PPI, stated I’m due money. When I said I don’t have any ppi he said I must have the wrong information and put the phone down.

Have been having a rash of calls in our local area from people calling claiming to be from various 'car insurance ' or 'legal service' firms saying 'you were in an accident' asking about wanting to claim for damages. They come from various numbers in different towns - Goole, Machynlleth, Peterhead, Thurso, Merthyr Tydfil,Yeovil, Strathy,Manchester (4x), Leeds and more - this is just off my phone.
