Did I understand with Covid there had been a lot of changes to review and asked me who that insurance was with Aviva direct line etc and was going to ask me for security details. I asked him what insurance he was referring to house car pet etc and he said he didn’t know his system didn’t provide that information so I stated I didn’t think he was a genuine caller and he hung up!!
