Scam Claims to be BT Technical/Maintenance, wanting access to my broadband and computer. I m not even with BT ................ REPORT AND AVOID. Also uses the number 020619246531, and spoofs it with an INTERNATIONAL prefix.

PRANKDIAL.COM. It is not from an app, but a website. Hence why it is always the same number. It is someone you know who is putting your number in and they can hear your conversation with the machine!!! I had this done to me this morning. Look under comments from Anonymous...RESEARCH AND BLOCK THE NUMBER!!!

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

My parents, both in their 80 s, have been receiving calls from this number. Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. It s an unknown number that keeps calling but when you press 5 you get through to someone identifying themselves as being from The Money Team. This time the guy was George. I told him what he was doing was illegal..he just laughed and hung up. Now my question is this... Money Team has been doing this for a long time, and have been reported numerous times. When are the enforcement agencies actually going to do something meaningful about it?
