After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. I told him what a bad line it was and got him to repeat several times. He said he would call another time but I told him not to bother. I said I knew who it was calling. As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!

After reading the reviews on here I thought I d give them a pop as they seemed legit when they rang and had correct info. Surprised me a bit but ended up winning me some ppi back that had previously been declined. Happy customer here.

Frequently have these calls from Asian sounding men and women who become quite aggressive when I ask why they are ringing, told them we have registered with the TPS and to take our number off their list but to no avail. This time I told them know one of that name at this address and they just asked if I was sure. Will be interesting to see if we get any more! Why hasn t someone tracked this number down and charged them with harassment calls?
