VEry bad line, "indian" accent. sounded like some sort of insurance scam. I have had several calls this week from 3 numbers that differ only in last 3 digits.

he claimed that he is doctor but he is thief. he try to provide services to you but after you pay the money, he goes away and never answer you again.

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. SCAM claimed to be from my bank suggesting 2 large withdrawals from my account and wanted me to 'press 1 to allow.......' TOTAL SCAM

SCAM Called saying they were from BT and my internet speed had been reported as an issue. A technician are working on it, but it was software on my router that was wrong. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!

Rang today claiming to be from the British Gas metering team. I asked them to prove it by providing my account number. Gave me a string of numbers - not my account number. Foreign accent.

SCAM NHL - ? What did these letters even stand for? Leicester regarding a hospital appointment which I dont have. I don't live in that area either and they ask you to call back to cancel the appointment if its wrong..this is a cell number not an official NHS number.

I had a call today from a South African sounding lady, from London number 020 8089 6127 said she was calling from a company called Teabag that got my suspicions up straight away, asked to speak to me by name, so she already had my name and phone number somehow. This number called claiming we had poor internet connection, very persistent insisting I go into my emails whilst he was on the phone. Our connection only checked the day before was fine. Be aware of this.
