SCAM said they were from British Gas but didn't believe them as they said they supply us Gas and Electric but we have no Gas!

SCAM - caller claimed to be from British Gas wanting to book me in for a boiler service. She didn't ask for anyone here by name so I didn't engage, just ended the call & blocked the number. I rang British Gas using the genuine number from their website - they confirmed that no-one's called me today.

SCAM said my sky internet had been compromised I asked how much do I need to pay the foreign voice said nothing he can sort if I can give him access to my computer. I asked him what my name and address was he said he knows I asked again what are they and he hung up.

SCAM Presented themselves as an online competition for a DELL laptop through The Warehouse New Zealand. They asked for an entry fee to get our bank card number, took the entry fee then 3 days later took more money. The bank transaction shows as Highgames.Online and the number +44753717396 4691792... which the first part I thought might be a UK phone number, hence my post here. 01934289545 called today and just said "hello" over and over, checked online and found a few other comments on this number saying 01934289545 called and hung up on them, possiblr scammer probing numbers to which ones answers. Blocked and reported

This number has called me 2 times in a minute while I was on another call. And it's not allowed me to call back. This number is restricted to receive calls. Possibly it's scam.

SPAM I had a call this afternoon from 01491281131 The name was completely garbled but claimed there had been an attempt by Amazon for £300 this Morning, then a "suspicious- because I had never used this service before" International Money wiring service claim for £!,200. Then the usual Press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to an advisor I did some checking and there is NO claims being made and the Phone Number has only been issued today, 5th April

Automated call, claiming to be from a bank (not specified) to inform me two payments had been made on a card. One to Amazon, and one an international transfer. Asked to press 1 to cancel, and another number to be transferred. This is the third call received in less than a week from similar numbers.

Had a card through the door saying they are from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire County Court Bailiff Team - called the 01582 506 714 number and it just rings out. At the bottom of the card it says Albany Print and Design, HMP Isle of Wight....pretty certain this is fake!!!

This is to harvest people’s voice related to your phone number and location for database. All done in a nano second by AI software. Someone wants to know where you are and that it is you answering the phone. That is why you get these calls several times daily even if you have told you are not interested.
