This is the number for a scammer. They call up claiming to be from your ISP and ask you to run a remote desktop access program so they can do god knows what with it. I kept them on the line for some time pretending to be an idiot before I finally let them know they were rumbled.

If you need a review on your policy then it's safe to answer. The people who call you are quite nice, the people they transfer you too are a little more aggressive if you're resistant.
