Don t answer! It s a debt and car accident fishing all in one call. Scammers are getting more sophisticated because it wasn t a real live woman who spoke, just a recording, but very realistic . Don t make the same mistake as me, they ll probably sell my number now
Shane called from the Energy Reduction Company - I am with TPS and should not get these calls - when asked for the company details and address he hung up the call!

Rung by Keith, earlier today. 11.15am. Gave me the phone number. Referred to reevaluation of council tax banding. Reps in the area tomorrow and can make appointment for 12. Said I would have to discuss with husband, could ring them back if interested. Reported to Council who have also contacted trading standards. On TPE and have opted out of electoral info given to companies.
Claiming to be ascend finance Not sure as it all sounded convincing until right at the before the conversation was over the guy asked for my sort code and account number
