Indian-sounding voice (female and obviously not very experienced) announced a problem with my BT broadband. I played along until she asked if I was in front of my PC. When I told her loudly I knew it was a scam, she told me to shut up several times. Ten mins later a male rang with the same story, got short shrift from me. Today it was this Brighton number, previously a Portsmouth one. I get these calls a lot!

Keep getting calls from this number aswell, at least 2-3 calls most days. Answer it and no one there or just says hello and then hangs up!

I had the same text from the number mentioned, preceeded by a text from Natwest saying there was potentially fraudulent activity on my account - I ignored it, and then my phone rang and a recorded message claiming to be NatWest told me to call the number calling me (08453560020)...I decided to ignore this too. This appears to be a fax machine which has got my number and all I get is repeated attemps to send me a fax. This happens regularly as the fax is on auto send. Is it possible to tell the company?? They may need to reprogramme their machine to get the messages to the correct destination.
