I visited elderly relatives today and this number called 6 times in three hours. I am told my relatives have been getting these calls for over three months. They are fed up of it.

Gets very nasty if you don t supply information they ask for and you also cannot ring the number as says doesn t exist

Scam.....Amazon, recorded message saying your account will be debited 300 pounds, contact number to verify withdrawal. Reported to Fraud uk website. Do NOT ring number given.......

These guys call saying they are from EE and offering special deals. Then they asked for my personal information. When I questioned why they needed my data they stated that the number they called on (which appeared on my handset) if listed on the EE website under the security section. I hung up and checked. No such number on EE s website, so I call a contact I have at EE and she checked and stated the number is most definitely NOT EE and I should not treat the call as an EE authorised call. Tried to ring it back to see who it was but get the discontinued tone. Don't understand why!!

They pretended to be from EE and wanted to give me a better phone deal. They are not from EE and they had no idea what deal I have at the moment.Don t talk to them.
