If this really is HSBC s fraud dept they are staggeringly incompetent and l am by no means convinced that it is. Question of whether there has been fraud on my account remains unsolved - l was unable to give the exact year that l opened my account - approx 40 years ago - and so failed my telephone security check . What is wrong with these people? Calling several times a day every day. Blocked them and phone doesn t ring but their number still keeps coming up Surely there must be someone to report this to and something that can be done to stop it.
