Called today. Unknown and therefore not answered. Have no dealings/contacts with Brighton area so assume a nuisance or unsolicited call.

Hello, this number calls me on average 5 times a week. anyone with an iphone know how to block a number? when i answer they promise not to call again but they do so i ve taken to ignoring their call!!!

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Called the number back, seems to be a cold call centre related to "bank compensation claims" advised my number is unlisted and requested to be removed from their list

Claimed to be hmrc with a fraud claim on me

Caller cleared as soon as I picked up.

Marc called, wanted to know who is in charge of the energy bills, said he was from a company about comparing energy prices. Told him we ve done it all already through U-switch and asked him to remove our number from the database. It remains to be seen if we called by them again.
