Not a clue who this was, the call rang for about 5 rings then cut off just before I could answer. No voicemail left. Tried to return the call but recorded message telling me the number was invalid. Potentially a scam as lots of numbers using 0203 numbers to appear as a London number.

Have recently changed the car and and had to tax it and tax my husbands car all done on DVLA site.
