I have blocked so many 0161 768 **** numbers over the last month, but a new number pops up and calls me!!! I actually told them that under GDPR privacy rules I want to be removed from their database. this number rang me to day 2/7/18 at 12.32 i picked up said hello a few times nothing then there was silent and they put down the phone
got a call from my mobile on this number and hung up when I answered, I rang back from land line and it was an accident claim number
I also placed an add on gumtree and had exactly the same type of call. On questioning he claimed to have had my number from the RAC, when I confronted him he hung up. Had a cold call 2 mins later from a slightly different number.

Rang on the landline, no one there when answered. Then rang my old mobile which I didn t answer. Then rang my newer mobile, I answered & heard a voice but then no one replied so hung up. Checked number on-line. It s a scam trying to get your personal info. I never give out my numbers but have bought a number of items through Paypal recently which does hold all my telephone no.s. Very worried about Paypal security. Where did this scammer get my info!!
