why do these cretins call then not speak??
The person hung up shortly after I answered (following one of those suspicious pauses, although the tel. no. is genuine). Calling the tel. no. generates a message about "simple household questions" and, reading the comments here, I have used TalkTalk s barring function which we are finding effective.
