SCAM - Left message about being Fraud Department at HMRC. (Should have listened to VM first!) Called back and odd ring like overseas dialtone, answered immediately by an indian sounding man who said he was inspector someone from HMRC fraud and criminal investigations dept, he asked for my name and address and kept me on hold. when I questioned what dept again he read off a London address, and said "In the UK" Hung up immediately. Probably cost me a fortune! PEST AND SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!!

Obviously desperate to speak to me - called every day (twice on some days) for the past week. I tried their number around 9.30pm on Tuesday and got a message saying the number was not in service. It is when they try calling but don’t leave a message on my answering machine.

Usual scam call about a supposed "no fault" accident I d had recently. Strung him along for a minute before I ripped into him. Told him he was a scamming f****ing P*kki b*stard and I was going to rip his head off. After a minute of abuse from me he finally hung up. Don t be afraid to give these scammers as much abuse as possible as there is nothing they can do, and boy, it makes you feel good letting them know you know they re scum scammers!
