Unfortunately I couldn't waste their time or find out what they want as I was in a hurry to go to work, but the voice I heard was an automated male voice, I couldn't understand much apart from "you have ~smth~ on your name", might have been "fine". This is genuine. I just had it and went into HSBC nearby me and called from there, but annoyingly it was over a £10 payment! Waste of time, but at least they do check from time to time. Agree that they should have this number up on their website, and also it came up as Withheld on my mobile, so I didn't answer it anyway.
