Caller informed me they were from the UK Financial services and I was entitled to money from a loan I took out in 2006? When pressed on what bank they told me Lloyds and I've never had a loan or bank acc with them so they hung up!!! Could be a scam or just PPI.
They asked me to get them £275 in iTunes cards of which 75 was my first months payment and the other would be refunded on top of my loan. After I paid I cooulbnt get a call to there number I assume they blocked my number. They call them self Lily loa

Had this number call a few times, yes it's part of Halifax but it's one of many of their areas - it could be birmingham midshires mortgage. It's not a scam. The reason you can't call the number back is it's a number set up not to accept incoming calls - many banks/mortgage companies etc have them now adays.
