SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. Someone called insisting to talk to the boss (they already knew his name, which is not difficult if you check companies house). They said they cannot even send an email with their name as it's confidential. It's about shareholding or whatever. I think they have been sending us mail as well.
