Well spoken young male Caller stated "Hello my names Chris and I am a heating insulation advisor in your post code area" or something very similar. Clearly not the case as the caller's number was displayed on my phone. I replied " No you're not you are a bastard scammer" Chis replied OK and rang off.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 12696048xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - Life Insurers 'Review Department'. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
When I pointed out that I was TPS registered, the female caller did not seem to care and tried to continue with her sales pitch. I told her this was illegal and that I would be reporting her to TPS. I then asked to be removed from her call list and hung up. Third call this week from Coppull.
