Calls just as I arrive home in the evening. I answer and the ;ine is live for about 20 seconds then goes dead. No One speaks. When I ring it back I just get an engaged tone.

Scam. Asking for electricity readings, same company has phoned from NINETEEN different numbers in the past 6 hours.
