You will only be called by this number if you have a Captial One credit card. It is there collections department. People rating this 9 are bad debtors and leaving poisoned reviews. I m rating 3 as even though they are a legitimilate caller, the volume of their calls can be tedious. To stop calls from this number, pay your bill on time.
Repeated calls. Either put phone down on me without saying anything or on one occasion laughing then putting phone down. Rang number and it was not recognised.

Type of call is fraud . I am getting texts from Barclays Bank telling me I ve done something with my account and if I don t agree then I am to call 03332001014. I guess it s a premium rate number and if I did call it regarding a text from my bank would they then proceed to try and get my bank details. I haven t called it of course but wanted to share the fact that this number is being used in a scam!

I’ve had a couple calls from this number. I’m sure her Her name is Sarah. The first phone call I had was very similar to other people’s feedback.... apparently I had agreed to do some advertising in some community magazine and that o had an outstanding balance to pay of £299. Pre-recorded automated message (apparently from BT –NOT) plays when you answer the phone. Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”. This is a scam number from India (pretending to be in Northern Ireland) saying they are BT Openreach and I have a virus on my PC. Just put the phone down BT does not call customers unless you have already raised a fault and all their call centres are in the UK.

An indian woman called me from this number saying she was a BT employee and could see from my account that I have issues with slow internet which I do. She said she needed me to run some diagnostics from my computer to check the issue my end. At this stage I felt it might be a scam so asked if I could have a number to contact her to validate that she was a BT employee. At that point she put the phone now on me.
