Indian scammers posing as BT tech support. Ask them for your address. If they really were from BT they would know it They will say your computer showed up on their server as being hacked. If that was really the case then why don't they have your address? Ask them for your IP address as the only way your "computer" could show up on a BT server is with an IP address (except BT don't monitor for this sort of thing and wouldn't phone you up about it). Wants to speak with the owner of the business about "finances" but refuses to say who they are with and what they need to discuss with the business owner, but they are a referral from "someone" who said they want to invest. When asked who referred they said it was confidential. I informed them that if they could not tell me any more about the nature of their call, they will not be getting past me to waste my MD s time and I put the phone down on her.

I skyped back a couple of times to try to hear the company name with which they introduce themselves. They change it each time but it includes the phrase "computer security" after a garbled name. They no longer answer - just call centre sounds in the background. I don t think they like to receive repetetive silent calls. Isn t that sad?
