People I talked to from London had no accent at all, the people from Denmark spoke English although I'm Danish, this screams VPN aka. SCAM. "Bitcoin Profit" started calling AFTER ForexTB stopped, hence they're prob working in the same company. Nothing about Bitcoin Profit online, except the site that directs you to a broker. Asian male claims to be Joe from Sky insisting on selling me Sky Breakdown cover. Up to 5 calls a day. 1471 results in poorly worded computer generated message re tv repair. He was very upset when I asked him to stop talking and to listen to me. He continued in very, very broken English to talk. I told him never to call again and to remove my number from his list. I’m going to remove my number from Sky too. Good luck.

We have had 5 calls from this number this week. Husband challenged them why he was calling and was given a load of abuse. Don t know if this has anything to do with it but we recently changed providers from Sky to Plusnet, also we were bombarded with calls like this a few years back when we switched from BT to Sky.the timeing just seams a bit odd

Scam, text to speech answerphone message, telling me HMRC have a fraud case against me and police are on their way unless I pressed 1, to deal with it.
Fraud pretending to be from hm revenue and customs. Asks you to press one to avoid a warrant being issued.

A man with an Asian accent claimed to be from the Internet Security Department of BT, reporting a problem with my computer. I just told him that I am not with BT (true) and can t understand why BT didn t know that, and I hung up. This change of approach could be dangerous though because those with a BT connection might think it is genuine.

A weird lady speaking foreign language
Fraud claiming that Amazon are charging me £399 and to press 1 to speak to an advisor. Called the number back and some Cockney girl came onto the answer machine saying leave a message.
Says they're calling from O2. Hung up when I said I wasn't an O2 customer.
This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.
